If you are locked out of your account because you reached the maximum number of tries allowed for your user credentials, then you need to wait for 1 hour before trying again. You may also be locked out from access in cases where fraudulent activities are observed.

We’re always trying to keep things fresh for you, and sometimes that means switching things up. If you’re really missing one of your favorites, please call your local Buffalo Wild Wings or ask your server for a suggestion. They will be able to tell you what similar items may be available.

We can’t give away all our secrets! Don’t get us wrong, we are flattered. But you’ll need to go to a Buffalo Wild Wings to get the taste you’re craving. In participating markets, you can buy a bottle of one of our sauces and bring that flavor home.

Because some chickens are larger than others. If you really feel like you got the short end of the chicken, please let a manager know and we’ll make it right.

The good news is our wings are delicious reheated. Just follow the below instructions for the best results. Reheat your pre-cooked Buffalo Wild Wings traditional or boneless wings to a minimum internal temperature of 74°C.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 177°C.
  2. Remove wings from container and place on baking pan.
  3. Cooking times vary by oven and the number of wings being reheated at one time. Always ensure that reheated wings reach an internal temperature of 177°C.
  4. Serve immediately. Caution: Wings may be very hot.

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Remove wings from container.
  2. Place wings on a microwave-safe plate.
  3. Place microwave-safe plate in center of microwave.
  4. Reheating times vary by microwave and the number of wings being reheated at one time. Always ensure that reheated wings reach an internal temperature of 177°C.
  5. Let stand for 1 minute then serve. Caution: Wings may be very hot.

To enhance the flavor of your wings, we recommend purchasing a bottle of your favorite sauce.

ADDING THE SAUCE (if separate):

  1. Pour sauce into large mixing bowl.
  2. Add reheated wings to sauce and toss until well coated.
  3. Remove wings from bowl with tongs.
  4. Place on a serving plate and enjoy.

Online Ordering

Prices vary by location. Select "Delivery" or "Pick Up" to select a store and view its menu with pricing.

Absolutely! Place your Pick Up order here. Many Buffalo Wild Wings have Pick Up areas, so look for one in the lobby of the restaurant. Otherwise, a team member will help you.

Once you submit your order, the Order Confirmation page will show the time your order was received along with an estimated time that your order will be ready for pick up or delivery. You will also receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided at registration. And if you're still unsure about your order, you can always call the restaurant directly.

You can choose to schedule an order in advance for delivery or pick up at a specific time. You can order in the morning for lunch, for your family on your way home from work, or to arrange a team lunch for the next day!

After you place your order, you will receive email and SMS (after opt-in) notifications regarding the status of your order. You can also log into your BWW account and click on "My Order History". Every order placed will be listed, and by clicking on each you can view the status of that order.

To redeem a coupon offer, make sure that you eligible for this offer. Log in to your account on the BWW Mobile App or Website, go to Wild Herd Rewards and select the active coupon offer you want to use.

For dine-in:

  1. Select the offer and click on “Redeem Reward”
  2. Select the restaurant you are dining in.
  3. Reward details are shown together with the coupon bar code.
  4. Ask for the restaurant crew to scan the coupon bar code.
  5. Upon successful scanning, the coupon offer will be applied to your total bill.

For delivery/pick up:

  1. Select the offer and click on “Redeem Reward”
  2. Select the restaurant you are dining in.
  3. Reward details are shown together with the Coupon Code.
  4. Upon successful validation, promo is applied to your total bill.

If your order was incorrect, an item was missing, or you experienced another issue with your online order, please contact the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant directly for support. You may find the contact information for our restaurants on the locations page of the website and mobile app.

If you have already received a confirmation email or text for your order, call the location directly to cancel an order submitted online or with the Buffalo Wild Wings app. The phone number is listed in your order confirmation email. Cancellations for full refunds are not available after placing an order.

If you’re looking for a particular item that is not available for online ordering, it might be out of stock or not available at your selected location.

At this time, online ordering is only available at select locations. But we’re working hard to expand online ordering to all locations. Check back often or sign up for our emails to be the first to know when online ordering is available at a Buffalo Wild Wings near you.

At Buffalo Wild Wings, the safety of our guests is our top priority. As we continue operating our locations in accordance with national guidelines, here’s what we’re doing to ensure we have the safest environment possible:

  • The entire staff is checked for COVID symptoms before entering the restaurant. Additionally, our team members wash and sanitize their hands, change gloves, masks, and hats periodically throughout the day in accordance with local requirements.
  • The kitchen is dedicated to only cooking staff. No other staff is allowed inside.
  • Contactless delivery is available.
  • All food containers in delivery orders must be sealed. If they are not sealed, or if the seal has been broken, do not accept the order.

You may choose to pay online using your debit or credit card or Apple Pay.

No. For security purposes, all your credit card information is handled through a secured bank gateway and are never saved on the Buffalo Wild Wings website.

Cash, credit card, debit card, and Apple Pay are all accepted forms of payment.

You can print or view a copy of all your orders through the website or application by going to the menu and choosing the “My Orders History” icon from the list.

For delivery orders placed online or by phone, there is a minimum order amount of 60 SAR.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not currently available outside the United States.

Wild Herd Rewards

Blazin’ Rewards is the loyalty program for Buffalo Wild Wings customers and locations in the United States. Wild Herd Rewards is the loyalty program for all Buffalo Wild Wings locations outside of the United States.

You are automatically joined as soon as you register on the site or application.

Eligible Guests must have a valid email address and telephone number. Eligible Guests must also have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (but no younger than 18 years of age) as of the date of enrollment. The Wild Herd Rewards is provided to individuals only. Businesses, corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, groups, associations, and other non-personal entities are not eligible to participate in the Wild Herd Rewards. All memberships are non-transferable.

When you sign up for the Wild Herd Rewards program, you are assigned a 10-digit rewards number. You can find this information in the “My Profile” section of the website and app. We use your phone number to uniquely identify you as a participating member of the program. In the future, if you need to update your phone number, log into your account and change your information within the Profile section of the website or mobile app.

You can earn points by completing your Wild Herd Rewards account profile and by making purchases with Buffalo Wild Wings. The more orders you place, the more rewards you earn! Review our program details here

Points will expire after 365 days of non-activity.

You can redeem your points and special offers from Wild Herd Rewards on the website or app. Log into your account and go to https://www.buffalowildwings.sa/mywildherdrewards to view and redeem your available points and offers.

At this time, points are not available for use or transferrable outside of Buffalo Wild Wings International. The Wild Herd Rewards program also excludes the United States and Canada.

Personal information is kept secure and will be used pursuant to our Privacy Policy. In the future, if you wish to opt out of program communications, please visit your profile page on the website or mobile app to change your selections. You may also opt out of the program communications when you receive an email by selecting the unsubscribe link located in the email.

We appreciate your interest in having Buffalo Wild Wings involved in your fundraising efforts. All requests for funding and in-kind gifts, such as gift certificates, must be submitted in writing on your organization's letterhead to your neighborhood Buffalo Wild Wings sports bar. If the request is regarding a specific event, please remember to include the event information as well as a contact name and phone number. We would love to cook for your next gathering, watch party, or special event. Please contact your closest Buffalo Wild Wings location and speak with a manager to place your order. Please contact with as much advance notice as possible to ensure the best experience.

Sports Events & Live Sports Viewing

For more information on events, sign up for our Wild Herd Rewards program and opt-in for email and text communications. We regularly send out updates to our customers informing them of special opportunities to enjoy wings while watching their favorite teams play! You can also see updates on live event viewings at your local Buffalo Wild Wings on our Sports Events schedule. Specific sports team broadcasts are sometimes limited by region and TV provider and may not be available in all locations. If you come to Buffalo Wild Wings and want to watch a specific game not already on TV, please notify your server.
